Writings from the Heart

I Want to Write About Everything

I want  to write about everything.
I want to write about the cool October air and how it reminds me of my childhood.
I want to write about the cows and why cow forty-nine is special to me.
I want to write about the generosity of children, and how it inspires me.
I want to write about the goodness of God and how I cry all the time because He is so gracious and merciful when I truly do not deserve it.
I want to write about lonliness.
I want to write about the garden I worked so hard on, to only have it destroyed by wildlife, but how the carrots remained untouched.
I want to write about my friend taking the shoes off of her feet and giving them to a lady who was walking the streets shoe-less.
I want to write about the joy I find in airports and city lights.
I want to write about how a piece of paper, that it so straight and perfect, can be ruined in one crumble, and how that makes me so sad.
I want to write about every lesson I’ve ever learned living on the ranch.
I want to write about how people find value in so many things that I wish they didn’t.
I want to write about compassion, and how we truly learn compassion when the person who doesn’t deserve it is staring us right in the face.
I want to write about laughter.
I want to write about peace.
I want to write about about how God knows how many hairs we have on our heads.
I want to write about writing, and how it communicates in ways verbal communication cannot.
I want to write about the beauty of life.
I want to write about everything.
